BJ focuses on helping individuals, investors, and small businesses with their real estate and estate planning needs. From drafting Living Trusts, Wills, POAs, and end of life directives to forming LLC’s, drafting and recording Beneficiary Deeds and Warranty/Quitclaim Deeds, BJ is committed to ensuring that every client’s expectation is exceeded. She has worked with hundreds of clients on selling/buying their homes and investment properties, having transacted over $60 million in real estate, and has enjoyed teaching pre-licensing and continuing education classes to Realtors over the past 13+ years. BJ grew up in Northern Virginia, and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the University of Mary Washington. She went on to get her MBA in Charleston S.C., before moving to Arizona and getting her J.D. (Juris Doctor) at Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at ASU, and quickly passing the Bar exam.
