Before opening his own firm, Scott worked for civil litigation firms in Scottsdale and Phoenix, representing businesses and individuals in various matters. His practice areas include family law, personal injury, medical and legal malpractice, and general commercial representation. He is passionate about prison and prison healthcare reform and represents inmates and families of inmates for healthcare related issues in Arizona’s prisons and jails. Scott is licensed to practice in all Arizona State Courts, Arizona District Court and Bankruptcy Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. When he’s not working, Scott is an avid gardener and will likely be found outside tending to his garden or chickens. We are thrilled to have Marty working with us as “of counsel” in family law matters. She has been practicing family law in various capacities since 2010. A past member of the Arizona Family Rules Committee for the State Bar, Marty has also worked as an Assistant Attorney General for the Child and Family Protection Division, Child Support Services.
