Phelps LaClair is a local law firm that has been providing estate planning services to its Arizona clients for over 40 years. Phelps LaClair began in the early 1980s when attorney and Arizona native Stephen Phelps hung out his shingle and began preparing Living Trusts for clients when hardly anybody knew what a Living Trust was. Now that Stephen has retired, his son James Phelps, along with firm co-owner Jeffrey LaClair, have the privilege of carrying on the tradition.
