Born and raised in Arizona, Adam Kwasman has dedicated each chapter of his professional life to serving the people of his home state. Adam earned his B.A. from Tulane University, graduating cum laude. He went on to earn his Masters in economics from George Mason University, and received his J.D. from Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. Prior to serving on the Scottsdale City Council, Adam was elected to the Arizona House of Representatives. There, he served as Vice-Chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee, and he sat on the Appropriations, Commerce Committees, managing billions of dollars on behalf of Arizona taxpayers. Adam also served on the Joint-Legislative Budget Committee, where he was directly involved in the settlement approval process for personal injury claims against the government. From 2018 to 2023 Adam was a partner at Wagner & Kwasman, PLLC, where he successfully recovered millions of dollars for nearly a thousand personal injury clients, both pre-suit and in litigation.
