After my apartment flooded and the leasing office wasn't going to let me break my lease, I approached Saal & Plaskett. I assumed that the best case scenario was getting out of my lease with some hefty fee's. Not only did Sydney from Saal & Plaskett get me out of my lease, I didn't pay a SINGLE fee and even got my deposit back! I couldn't recommend this firm more to anyone seeking a good outcome to a bad real estate situation. I've dealt with attorneys for other issues in the past and l've never felt more heard during the process than I did with Saal & Plaskett. There was steady communication throughout the process and you can't help but feel like you're dealing with people who live-and-breath real estate law.
