At ATR Law Group, the work we do isn't separate from who we are. Our founder grew up watching her parents navigate the immigration system from the inside — and she built this firm because that experience still drives every case we take. Alinka Tymkowicz Robinson, Esq. is the daughter of immigrants. Her father came from Argentina and Russia. Her mother is from Mexico. She grew up watching her family move through an unfamiliar legal system — learning the language, building a life, and facing the kind of uncertainty that no document can fully prepare you for. That experience didn't stay in the past. It became the reason she became an attorney, and the reason she founded ATR Law Group in Phoenix. She wanted to build a firm where immigrant families are met with the same care, clarity, and commitment she would have wanted for her own. Today, ATR serves clients across immigration law, personal injury, and criminal defense — with particular depth in the places where those three areas intersect. When an immigrant worker is injured on the job, or when a criminal charge threatens someone's immigration status, we are positioned to handle both sides of that reality.
