Sam Vederman is an attorney with a vast legal background who stands ready to assist you with your legal needs. Sam moved to Arizona in 1999 after graduating from the Michigan State University College of Law and is very familiar with the legal system in Arizona having worked as a Superior Court Judge, prosecutor and defense attorney. Sam has extensive trial experience in criminal law and family law; he has either practiced law, or presided as a Superior Court Judge, in La Paz County, Mohave County, Maricopa County and Yuma County. Sam is licensed to practice law in all state courts within Arizona. Prior to entering private legal practice, Sam served as a Superior Court Judge in La Paz County until his retirement in June 2017. As a Superior Court Judge Sam presided over cases involving criminal law (major felonies including first degree murder), family law (divorce, custody, child support), juvenile law (dependency, delinquency), civil litigation (personal injury, contract disputes, real estate transactions) and appeals from the justice and magistrate courts (misdemeanor criminal offenses and traffic issues).
